Clarkson Ayuk Takunchung, the Minister of Sports at Holy Cross International College (HCIC) in Yaounde, says the Proprietor’s Cup provides an excellent opportunity for students to socialize in the school campus.
He shared this sentiment on December 10 as they prepared to begin competing in the 2023 edition of the competition.
“This competition is all about fostering a sense of community, promoting solidarity among students, and creating an environment for students to socialize with one another on campus,” Clarkson Ayuk stated.
He further expressed his commitment to exhibiting exemplary behavior during the games and urged the student body to embrace a spirit of discipline as they compete for trophies in the competition.
The opening ceremony featured an inaugural basketball match between the National Section and the Cambridge International Section. A total of 10 teams from football, handball, and basketball disciplines are participating in the competition, which is expected to conclude on December 13.
Amazing young man.
The sky is his starting point.
More power to your elbow, Clarkson Ayuk Takunchong.
