One of Cameroon’s best Anglo-Saxon Boarding school, Holy Cross International College, HCIC Yaounde has graduated its 8th batch of students.
The graduation ceremony took place on Sunday August 16. The event was held in strict respect of measures towards containing the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking during the solemn ceremony, the Proprietor of the school, Emmanuel Buban Ngu urged students to explore exemplary behavour in the society.
Besides being Ambassadors of the institution, Emmanuel Buban Ngu said, they should take the next stage of their education seriously.
On her part, the mother of the school, Dr. Julia Ngu called on the students to use the leadership skills they have acquired from the institution in other areas of life as they go out to the society.
To the Principal of the School, Sis. Constant, “we are going to miss you all but we know that you are going to be the light that will keep on shining. Always remember to put God first in everything you do.”
The Principal also used the opportunity to thank parents and guardians for their relentless efforts towards the upbringing of their children.
Representing the student body, Ndille Senge Gladys said, HCIC is a school that will always remain so glue into their hearts. According to her, she just like many others is happy to be part of the institution because the teaching-learning process had been the best.
