The PTA President of Holy Cross International College, HCIC Yaounde, Peter Ewane says, the resumption of classes for the 2020/2021 School Year in Cameroon is a welcome point given that children have been anxious coming back to school to learn.
“It is a sign of relief for all parents that schools will resume. Children have been at home for seven months and they have been anxious to go back to school to learn. They have been anxious to come back to meeting their friends,” he said.
Peter Ewane added that, “We are happy because they are resuming today. We were all worried about the health issues but the school administration has reassured us that all we are fine. The environment tells you that all is already fine.”
“Students, respect all the measures and stay safe. Work hard, be disciplined and respect the roles. First of all, compete with yourself before others, he advised students.
